    CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

    A CBT therapist uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a focused, goal-oriented and evidence-based approach, guiding clients how to balance harmful thought and behaviors in order to reduce anxiety and depression and improve his life quality and happiness.

    ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

    An ACT therapist  uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a trans-diagnostic approach    guiding clients how to overcome various adversities and personal limitations, enabling them to act in an effective value-committed way. ACT implements practical skills avoiding unnecessary struggles and suffering in order to enable the clients to become the persons they would like to be, living a fulfilling and meaningful life.

    My goals as a therapist using CBT and ACT

    I believe in teamwork where the therapist and the client work together in a joint effort to improve the client's life. My goals as a therapist using CBT and ACT approaches are to provide my clients with practical tools, guidance and support, assisting them to get out of the vicious circle of anxiety and depression in which they are imprisoned within, into a better and happier life.
