Break Free from Struggle – Find Clarity, Strength, and Lasting Change
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion, you're not alone. Life's challenges can leave us feeling stuck and disconnected from the person we truly want to be. But change is possible, and it starts with the right tools.
I'm Ronen Dancziger, an ACT & LI-CBT practitioner, author, and pioneer of the NeuroFlex ACT framework. With over a decade of diverse experience and a deep personal understanding of navigating anxiety and depression, I focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that create real, sustainable change – not just temporary relief.
A Modern Approach That Works for You
I utilize a Process-Based Therapy (PBT) approach, integrating the core principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and insights from nervous system science. This isn't just about symptom management; it's about helping you build a resilient, values-driven life.
Working with me is a collaborative, skill-building process focused on:
✅ Identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.
✅ Mastering emotional regulation so your feelings no longer control your actions.
✅ Taking intentional action toward the life you want, even in the face of challenges.
Areas of Focus
Whether you're battling persistent worry or feeling completely stuck, I provide practical tools to help you reclaim control:
✔ Anxiety & OCD – Managing fear, worry, and intrusive thoughts.
✔ Low Mood & Burnout – Reconnecting with energy, joy, and purpose.
✔ Trauma & Stress – Building resilience and regaining a sense of safety.
✔ Life Transitions – Navigating change and aligning with what matters most.
How We'll Work Together
Real change happens when the process is personalized, empowering, and results-driven. I meet you where you are, and together, we create a practical plan that fits your life and your specific goals.
✔ Solution-Focused: You don’t need years of exploration to see a shift. We focus on what actually works in your daily life right now.
✔ Compassionate & Practical: I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you get real-world strategies you can start using immediately.
✔ Evidence-Based: Using Process-Based Therapy (PBT), we weave together proven techniques from CBT, ACT, and nervous system science for effective and sustainable outcomes.
FAQ: Common Questions About Therapy with Ronen Dancziger
What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?
CBT is a goal-oriented approach that helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. In our sessions, we focus on practical strategies to reframe thoughts and break down overwhelming situations into manageable steps. It is evidence-based and often shows meaningful progress within 12–20 sessions, making it ideal for those seeking focused results in Tel Aviv or online.
What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)?
ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility. Instead of fighting difficult thoughts and emotions, you learn to observe them with mindfulness while committing to actions aligned with your values. For example, if anxiety is holding you back, we work on moving toward meaningful goals despite the discomfort. It is a highly flexible approach that integrates perfectly with CBT in my practice.
What is NeuroFlex ACT, and how does it differ from standard CBT or ACT?
NeuroFlex ACT (NF-ACT) is an applied framework designed to make evidence-based therapy more accessible and effective. It is not a substitute for CBT or ACT; rather, it is a specialized tool for delivering the essential skills of these therapies. By integrating a modern understanding of neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation, NF-ACT provides a clear, practical roadmap for mastering the psychological skills needed for change. It serves as a bridge, translating the core principles of CBT and ACT into actionable habits that fit your unique mind and life
How do sessions help with anxiety, panic attacks, or OCD?
We target the cycles of anxiety (unhelpful thoughts, physical sensations, and avoidance) using tools like cognitive restructuring and exposure-based practices. For OCD, the focus is on breaking the cycle of compulsions. Most clients build effective coping skills and see a reduction in distress within 8–12 sessions, with practical "homework" to track and maintain progress.
Can this approach help with depression and burnout?
Yes. We address low mood by activating positive behaviors and reframing self-critical narratives. For burnout, the focus is often on setting boundaries and utilizing self-compassion to restore energy. Using the ACT framework, we work on reconnecting you with a sense of purpose and motivation.
What about trauma or stress-related challenges?
For challenges related to past trauma or persistent stress, I use evidence-based tools including Trauma-Focused ACT (TF-ACT) and techniques for reframing difficult narratives. My approach focuses on nervous system regulation to ensure you feel safe and grounded throughout our sessions. The goal is to help you regain control over your automatic responses, reduce the impact of past experiences on your present life, and build lasting resilience without overwhelming re-traumatization.
Are sessions in-person or online, and how long are they?
I offer flexible options: in-person at my Tel Aviv clinic or online via Zoom. Sessions last 50–60 minutes. Online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face meetings and are ideal for global clients or those with busy schedules.
How many sessions do I need, and what are the costs?
Most clients experience significant change within 8–20 sessions, depending on their specific goals. We focus on an efficient, results-driven process to minimize the need for long-term intervention. For current rates and availability, please contact me directly via WhatsApp or email.
Is the process confidential, and who is it for?
Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential, adhering to high ethical standards. I work with adults (16+) dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. My practice is inclusive and tailored to the unique needs of all individuals, including the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
How do I know if CBT, ACT, or NeuroFlex ACT is right for me?
If you feel stuck in negative patterns but are motivated to take practical steps toward change, these approaches are likely a good fit. CBT is excellent for thought-focused challenges, while ACT is powerful for value-driven living. NeuroFlex ACT combines them for a comprehensive experience. I invite you to schedule a brief initial call to discuss your needs.
